No. PetOkay is an educational tool that helps you understand what you're seeing and how urgent it might be. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.
Are my pet's photos stored?
No. Photos are analyzed by AI to produce your result and are not stored on our servers — only the text result is saved to your scan history.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: tap your avatar (top right) → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and all data are permanently removed.
Is PetOkay free?
Yes! PetOkay is free on the App Store. A Pro tier with extra features is coming — join the waitlist inside the app to lock in founding-member pricing.
Which pets does it work with?
Dogs and cats work best. Birds, rabbits, and other companion animals are supported too — clear, well-lit close-up photos give the best results.
